This article will help you find your Spokane court dates. Not knowing your court date can be stressful. Sometimes the Spokane County District Court Clerks are not available, and it can be hard to get a hold of your attorney. For Spokane County District Court cases:
Step 1- go online to www.courts.wa.gov
Step 2- on the right-hand side of the page, click “find my court date”
Step 3-click on the “accept” at the bottom, middle of the page
Step 4- fill out the information required:
(a) Court: Spokane County District Court
(b) Your First Name
(c) Your Last Name
(d) Type in the security code to make sure you’re a human.
Step 5- click the submit button. Viola! Your court date should appear. **Tip** if you have a common name (i.e. Smith, Jones…) make sure that you are actually looking at your court date.
For Spokane Municipal Court Cases:
Step 1- in Microsoft Explorer, go to https://my.spokanecity.org/courts/municipal-court/cases/
Step 2- click on the right-hand side of the page where it says “Justice Web”
Step 3- follow the instructions on this page
